Any major event can be daunting to organise, but when it comes to your wedding, you want it to be as special and well organised as possible, as its your day. Gillian has 20+ years experience in events management and floral design from private engagement dinners, to beach weddings and formal fanfares. Her passion lies in telling your love story through your wedding. She is an award winning florist and is the current Secretary of the Professional Florists Association of NSW.

Peter brings his expertise in food, flowers, logistics & service standards. This comes from his time as a chef and landscape gardener, he also actively supports the groom's participation in planning the day.
